Just saw a white van yesterday with a truck on 124th in the Kirkland area...first wanted over to the left lane "not doing the speed limit" once I passed them they then got over and later back over to the right and blocked the poor sucker that let them in! Then they took a right turn! They are here and we need to keep an eye on them all!
