At 69 I was having some trouble with my aikido moves. Wonder why that is? I guess arthritis is in my family! Darn! I'm fighting it! I don't have it that bad but noticing twinges. I have heard others that had arthritis their whole life, they took this product NativePath and started feeling better with movement in their hands and joints! Sounds good to me and worth a try.
I'll be using the pool today after my morning work out of aikido moves and kick boxing. This morning I'm feeling pretty energized! I may even visit the gun range later! I can feel a serge of energy already!
