He Has Risen! ✝️

 I have family coming after church!  The weather is perfect the pool is at 85, with a tropical breeze from the Gulf of America!  What a beautiful day to celebrate Christs resurrection day!

I enjoyed getting all my favorites together.  A platter with cheese crackers and shrimp with dipping sauce is the appetizer and eggs.  Yes the deviled eggs.  

I'm also doing a ham from a local farm, asparagus, potatoes, pirogi and Polish sausage.  For desert we are having a lemon cello, on top of a lemon tiramisu.  All made from fresh lemons, cream, eggs, cake flour, mascarpone cheese.  I still have to decorate each slice with mint from the garden, strawberry slice and a blueberry.  Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
