Well we are 10 miles from the Gulf. I had one banana bush in a pot blow over. I need to go out and put it back on the stone platform again. Nice to see all the pine needles got blown off of the pool screen. We had a fantastic magical night, sitting out in the pool area listening to the weather, sipping on wine. With the huge glass doors open it was 77 degrees out.
Since I did research and looked into the areas not to live in. Yes it's so beautiful, but we can drive there in minutes. Or if we want the Atlantic, it is an hour and a half at best to get there. We have lots of choices. Mar-A-Largo is a hop skip and a nice drive south. We would love to go there for a weekend and enjoy the nice meals. Lot's of fantastic restaurants all over Florida with maybe one or two nights or even some for a day, then back home again.
Having property space was better than in a communal situation. We lived like that in Kirkland. It was either moving to Whidbey Island with property or Florida. The politics suck in Washington State, so we made the right choice. We climbed all the peaks, kayaked all the water ways and islands, skied all the best places. Done! It was time for paradise. Such nice people too! I can feel the anger rolling off my shoulders.
We have two areas, where we can go sit and have a fire, talk and have that we are camping feel. No one around, listening to whipper willows, owls, crickets, tree frogs, and the coyote pack cries. Ahhhhh!
I'm getting a kick out of the media... We are the media! I don't think any of my friends listens to MSN, MSNBC, CBS.... or even FOX. We just use them to assignee. Then so many have the story and videos. I can see why they feel threatened. People are tired of being lied to. Tired of them trying to control. Ah but then there is Soros.... Good luck with that, old man! That goes for your commie Marxist offspring and followers too!
Tim Cast goes on about the hurricane, then went to abortion to eating bugs lol.... These kids are fun to listen to.
