This is why William Ayers is important to know about and his connection to Obama. Ayers is a mafor component of Chicago education and through Obama's Fed Education Dept to the rest of the country.
A high school text used in Chicago already has a full chapter on Barack Obama.
I graduated HS in 1972 and University in 1977. How is it I didn't get as cranially lavaged as many of my classmates?
I know my nieces and nephews and young friends are far more Marxist than anyone I've met outside of the USSR. The process has more than begun, it's already here.

Their mission is to respond in times of national natural and manmade disasters and emergencies the defintion of which are at the whim of any president, and to quell internal insurection. This totally nullifies the Posse Comitatus Act. And now before the November election of the Democrat party, makes this all very scary.
Last year, Pres Bush declared we are in a State of National Emergency by Executive Order that has yet to be repealled. Since 1941, we have been in a State of War under the Democrat Roosevelt that was never declared over. The E.O. gives the President the uncontested right the expropriate the National Guards and police forces of any and all states without asking the Governors and local officials. He also has the right to suspend habeus corpus on anyone who criticises the actions of the government. The right to shut down the free press and blogs is also within the perview of the Executive as well as dismissing Congress and the Supreme Court.
The last few weeks, the financial systems went into meltdown with the Government taking over much of the banking operations and finacial systems. Are we socialists or facsists, yet.
Because of 9/11, we have frightened ourselves right out of our precious Republic. With Obama looming on the horizon as the next president and a Democrat super-majority in Congress, the powers put in place by the current administration, becomes all the more dangerous and unlikely it is that the Dems are to reverse any of the new orders and powers.
This former KGB guy, speaking many years ago about countries that no longer exist, is right on the money when it comes to current events. All that prevets the possilities from becoming reality are the remnants of Constitutional patriotism and trust. Not much to go on.

Because I was pleasantly surprised my plumber Joe type “as well as corporate Joe’s and Jane’s” nephews and nieces are ALL Republicans! They live in the Chicago area and they know!
In fact they contact me on this issue every now and then. Just because they aren’t into blogging and did go to liberal ass schools like you and I did most likely that didn’t mean they didn’t have a brain to figure it all out!

Indigo, if you'll remember the bonus riots in the early 1900's, that weren't riots, and General "Dugout" Doug's response to the peaceful assembly, you'll know that any unit can be called up. The only saving grace is that the officer corps is weighted down by the enlisted corps.
Don't get me wrong, there are some really good officers, OTOH, I've met some doozies.
Oh come on, some of us "half-baked intellectuals,.." have already retired. :)
