A Wonderful Sunday

 As I ordered my Nantucket stones for the butterfly garden I noticed all my plants doing so wonderful, I just have to share!  We need stuff like that especially now!

The Codiaeum is a member of the family Euphorbiaceae.  It was described by Carl Linnaeus in 1753.  It is native to Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and the western Pacific Ocean Islands, growing in open forests and scrub.

The Calotropis Gigantea, the crown flower, is a species of Calotropis native to Cambodia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, China, Pakistan, and Nepal.  I found the monarch butterflies coming to this plant as well.  Laying their eggs under the leaves.  This must be a food source for them.

Here are many flowers I added, when they were only a foot tall.  Soon, these plants will be taller than I am!  All except for the one with the little orange flowers, that is a milkweed.  If you zoom in, you will see a monarch butterfly there.  The caterpillars will eat this milkweed to the ground.  I will find out if it is established or not, being it's been in the ground for 3 months or so.  By fall it will be gone, and will be back in the spring.  If not I will be putting in another one.  I also have some seed pods that I saw on this plant.  Over a month ago it released seeds all over the place.  I see some have replanted in the sunny part, just  before entering the forest.  A few got eaten to the ground already.  Those will most likely not return.  Butterfly season is in full bloom till at least December.  They seam to like our yard and are hanging around.  YAY!

This is a Ti plant.  It is a palm lily is native to the Western Pacific Ocean region.  It's also found in South America.  I have a few at our entrance of our home and 4 others by the outside wall of the pool area. They can get pretty tall.  It didn't care for the frost though.  I'm going to try and cover them this time on the frosty nights.  I know they do come back I just don't like the fact they start out small again!  Now the 4 I planted are established now, I will try to protect them this January.

Yes, once again I am having issues with people!  I just garden that much more!  I do have fantastic people around me, its the ones on line now!  Godless soulless Satans spawn! They are bored senseless, because intelligent people are leaving and deleting accounts,  just like I did!  The funny thing is they are showing up on TRUTH.  I see them, and by God, I can see them!

My talent is my garden, I have many talents just not writing.  I can't put up with those that keep going after me.  I don't watch the news, because it really does interrupt what I know in my heart, coming strait from the Lord.  Corruption is trying to work on people that aren't with God.  They maybe good but not going to do well without him.  Just like my ability to do what I do.  

At 66 I am amazed at what I have done on the new property.  I know I had help!  Physically I did it, but Spiritually I had help!  Just like all through my life.  When I go, I do hope someone else will enjoy, what I have done.  On Earth as it is in Heaven.  Only Heaven will be greater! 

Here we have it!  my little butterfly garden!  New plants and all.  Another place to sit and enjoy Gods beauty!  Early morning this area is in the shade.

The night sky is a nice time to sit here too.  The bats do their flyby.  Back in the woods sometimes you get to see wildlife.  I am happy none of them have come to play kickball with my globes!

I still have more plans for this area.  I will be posting more.  It's my happiness.  I will own all and be happy, with God by my side always!

 We had some excitement today!  Lightning and the forest, some nice good looking young men came and put it out!  Thank heavens for our fire department!  We had all our sprinkler systems up and running before they came.  Just in case the fire decided to jump around.  

It was cool to see the bolt and boom right after saying, "oh cool", we looked at each other and thought, ok time to see where it went.  I could smell smoke so we kept looking.  Got a text from a neighbor that had no electricity,  I told her we had electricity but now looking for a fire.  Come on over!  

Hubby spotted the flames.  Here we go into action.  All is well.  The fire is gone and the poor tree got a scar right down the side.  Everything around it got burned including a wild palm growing in the bush.  We have great neighbors near by!  The phone tree was placed.  Now this is a neighborhood!  WHOOT!

Happy people are gardeners!  The butterfly garden is a work in progress, still waiting for three lavender plants to arrive.  I also am going to put in another kind of butterfly bush.  It's not happy in the container it is in.  I just planted 5 plants today, before the heat got to me.  The pool is truly a life saver for me!

Early in the morning there was dew on everything!  The butterflies were puddling.  They get nutrients from water on wood, rock and sand.     We don't have mud.  We have sand.  I add gardening soil and mulch to my plants. The butterflies were out getting the moisture full of nutrients from wet surfaces.  I also have a clay dish with stones, so they don't drown.  Bees do it too.  I have seen the hummingbirds at the birdbath, getting a drink now and then.  They are very entertaining!  They have two feeders that I hang in different areas.  The heat is intense, so they are in shady areas and changed every 3 days.

These are two of my new trees.  In the distance the island full of more plants, that were here already.  The fire bush is at the front end under the feeders, is very popular with hummers and butterflies.  I just added stones to make it pop out.  All plants have mulch around them.  The grasses and crackled glass balls, were added for night ambiance. 

The bench so far looks nice with the Red hibiscus at one end and the Purple Showers Ruellia.

Gardening news is, my two benches came!  One for the front door and one for the butterfly garden!  My two new plants arrived too.  I hope to get them in the ground today soon as I finish this post.  

Yesterday I leveled the ground and put the very heavy bench in.  I will cover the base with the mulch.  Later to add a little patio with step stones.  Mowing the lawn and edging took it out of me.  Plus, storm clouds came over our area.  One more plunge in the pool and a shower and I was done at 1:30!  What another beautiful day!  Thank you God!

An Interesting Bloom

This is a milk weed.  Small Crownflower or Colotropis gigantea.  It's gigantea alright!  Its a native of Cambodia.  It was only 2ft tall 3 months ago, when I bought it.  It was so sickly looking!  But now WOW!  It is as tall as me, with some flowers ready to bloom!

A Conservative Magazine With Melania Trump On The Cover

 We have TRUTH social now we need a TRUTH magazine!  On the cover we should have the most intellectual, smartest, classiest, beautifulest woman on the cover!  That of course would have to be Melania Trump!  

Out of all the First Ladies out there, Melania owns it hands down!  She carried herself well yesterday at the funeral of Ivana Trump RIP.  You know sometimes it's hard to do certain things in this life.  I don't know if I could.  I'm sure that Melania is even that much closer in Donald J. Trumps heart, for understanding and loving support.  

Ivana was no dummy either.  She was definitely a type A.  She did it all too!  My hat is off to women with that kind of fight for life!  I do admire them.  I also know they wouldn't be in that situation without God in it.  Not a praying man but he is now.  Life kind of does that to people that think they know better.  RIP Ivana Trump and thank you to First Lady Melania Trump for being so classy!  

I am so proud of these two and may God Bless the whole family!  He is still my President and she is still the First Lady!
