We watched the Dave Barry show back when we actually watched TV. We only watched that and Fraser. All aside we never thought we would end up in Florida. But glad we read Dave Barry's guide to Florida. What a hoot! Most of it is all true!

Well, let's just say it isn't our cup of tea. Too many people and it looks like a city, only with no bums in the street. They had megaphones in the street! I think subliminal messaging right away. You know like that video with music at the department store with the music playing, to put you in a good mood to spend money. Didn't work for me.
I guess the megaphones will come in handy if and when Hamas takes over... I can hear it now! Allah ackbar..... With atheists bowing in the street!
We hightailed it out of there and went to a restaurant towards where we live, with American flags lining the street. You go in and feel welcomed by the statue of Thomas Jefferson. They even give out the constitution! Now that is our kind of place! Good food, beer and good patriotic folks! The country life!
