I'm Having Fun With A Flame Thrower Tonight!

 This works so nice on the cream brulee'.  Making a head of time and they chill in the fridge overnight.  All that you have to do is add the sugar in the raw, at the top and flame it.  After that, decorating with blueberries and slight dusting with powdered sugar.  




I made this for tonights dinner.  It's au Gratin potatoes.  No cheese needed.  Cream, milk, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and thyme.  Potatoes cut very thinly on a mandolin slicer. Should go nicely with the BBQ tonight with a salad!
