I actually do have Irish in my family. I think it goes back a few generations, but it's there.
I remember my family always having corn beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.
The Hillbilly Kitchen is one of my favorite cooking shows. She does it just like my grandmother did it! I used to watch her all the time in the kitchen. Polish style!
