Meanwhile we have wonderful neighbors!  We got this gift from the couple down the road, with their wonderful fur baby.  Homemade goodies wrapped in a kitchen towel!  They did this last year,  Now I have two kitchen towels that match!  Not to mention the goodies!  I have something homemade to bring to them as well.  Our party was such a success!  It's so wonderful for us, living in Florida! 

We also got another project finished in our master bathroom.  We could have very well, play hand ball up against this wall!  It was just too empty looking.  Finally mounted!  We never had such a huge bathroom in our life!  This wall needed something more.  There is even a room for the toilet with its own pocket door!  Another one of these cabinets will go up over the commode too.   The vanity alone is very nice with a granite top.  I don't like too many things on it.  It's perfect now! 

A woman must have thought of this idea!  How wonderfully handy!  The guest bath has one in the wall in front of the commode too!  The pool room bath leading to the pool is big, but it didn't really need one of these.  The cabinet there is sufficient.  

I saw these cartoons someplace and had a good laugh!  The first one, almost lost me my coffee!  

This is like me with the coat and hat, in 70 degree weather, now that we have been living here for over two years.   You sure can spot the Northerners!

Tis the season to be jolly!  

Time for another party!  I made the tiramisu two days ago.  It's very entailed to do!  7 eggs!  The Bailies chocolate mousse I made yesterday.  That took 10 eggs!  That is also time consuming and lots of whisking over boiled water in a metal bowl.  None of that cheap powdered pudding people call chocolate mousse!   I know the difference!  I make my own whipping cream, and I piped it, from a pastry bag.  Also made my own lady fingers for the layered tiramisu.  It too is done to perfection!  

I am not doing without my favorite chocolate, to share either!  I had it shipped, along with lots of other chocolates from the same place.  They need to move to Florida too!  Nice family operation.

I wish I would have taken pictures of all the food!  I was busy taking pictures of everyone by the tree and sending to their phone.  Creating lasting memories, of a good time was had by all God fearing folks!

A Successful Party!

 A good time was had by all!  I'm a bit anal, so everything is back in order this morning.  Floors vacuumed and steam cleaned, furniture back in place!  It was a very fun evening and everyone was so festive!  I won't be exposing them here though.  Too many nutcases running around out in the world!  This administration caused it all!

I'm betting the jail time won't happen to all the Biden criminals!  Sick of these marxist commies!  Then they want to put illegals in our military?  What, against "WE THE PEOPLE"!  That was the topic and we are buying more ammo and training in tactical!  Note!  Some of them will be dying too!  Just a reminder!  They ain't Americans and they are the enemy within!!  They fight like the candy asses that they are!  We know it, so ready for them!

Meanwhile we will keep on celebrating Gods gifts!  We had quite the crowd!  Plenty to eat!  I failed to take pictures of all the food, 4 kinds of dip, turkey sliders, ham sliders, artichoke/spinach dip warm with fresh bread.  My favorite that one of our neighbors brought was a pepperoni twist!  YUMMY!

Of course my pastries!  We also received some nice hostess gifts.  Things we can eat!  The best hostess gifts of all!  

Of course while we waited for folks to show up, I was watching, "In The Litter Box with Jewels and Catturd."  Good news but not enough, YET!

The hot coco and schnapps station / eggnog and rum stations set up.  The homemade whipping cream and nog was in the fridge still.  Also the nut mixes to go into the nut bowl. 

Then we have the actual bar set up.  At my old home in Kirkland we didn't have such a nice bar, open concept for parties.  This makes it so nice, for entertaining!  We love our home, and wonderful neighborhood, full of patriot type people!

Well JP my question is why do people give to universities after they graduate?  I hung up on them back in the day.  I mean I never got any breaks paying for classes, why in the hell would I want to give them more of my hard earned money?

7 Years Ago Today!

 Yes, Pearl Harbor, I bet all of them are turning in their graves!  Actually, looking down from Heaven, shaking their heads!  What the hell is going on with them! 

Well, this was the day my husband and I retired!  It wasn't supposed to be on the same day.  We planned it earlier, however our jobs needed us to stick it out.  I also went to volunteer for 5 years after that!

Living now far away in a warmer climate.  We look at each other and can't believe it!  All the climbs we did, ski trips, ...  Looking old!  Then, I get very sad at the people I knew, that never made it to retirement.  Ah but life is not fair.  Somehow, I know they are much better off than we are on this planet!  God is the boss!  Not man!

I brought the balloons home and the sign!  I gave away some to co-workers with children.  I beat my hubby home.  

Hubby and I had a magical night celebrating!  But I felt so weird, not going to work!  After 40+ years and 16 of those 40 two jobs, struggling saving, investing, working hard...  I'm talking about what I did.  Hubby had deadlines and other struggles.  I was always independent, we were, and still are always best friends and the best lovers!

Life is so interesting.  Didn't think about moving right away.  We went and traded in both cars and got one brand new car.  We didn't need two cars.  Now he has his sports car and a we have a dream home!  I had my Z4 BMW convertible, back in 2004 brand new.  It was out of my system.  I later thought, what was I thinking!   

I needed something bigger, so I can get stones and plants that I wanted to grow....  I do miss our yard in Kirkland.  However I like the bigger one we have now!  With all the pine trees, I had to put in the palm tree, so I wouldn't think I was in Eastern Washington!  Ah but they all get snow!  LOL...

We had cold weather here in Florida for a few hours 37degrees.  Popped up to the 60's!  

These guys are doing very well and one is coming out soon.  We should be having 77 weather in a few days.  Then some rain for my garden.

Tomatoes did great!  Tasty too!  I picked these today and did a survey of the second crop of lettuce, bunch onions, carrots, radishes, and garlic.

Don't let the little commies, or gossipers get into your life!  They are worthless things!  God will take care of them just like that failed tree!  The signs are everywhere!  You have to be really blind not to see it!
