Yup, you don't get much of a break here. The strawberry festival's in February. We are a zone 9, so from a zone 8, we get warmer weather now. Cold weather veggies do well right now. I start the seeds in December. Things really grow very well here! Fast!
We had a little over one month of cold weather where the birdbath even froze. The ice melted in the afternoon getting up to the 50's. It's 77 right now. Heck next week we will be using the pool again.
Many things get harvested before the frost. New seeds are started and there you go again! Pictures of food, because some don't have anything else on their mind. We are on a very large property. We didn't have that in Kirkland WA.
