Too bad Franz had such a lame owner!She had the local animals in the area removed with probably tax payer money and then she had her pet guarded oh so carefully! Why an Eagle could have carried it away! She failed to keep that poor little dog out of the street!
See she isn't fit to have a dog! She can't take care of a dog let alone the State of Washington!!!
